Terms and Conditions

By engaging Sorato Relocation Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Government Decisions
Sorato Relocation Services provides support and guidance throughout the visa and immigration process. However, the final decision regarding the issue of visas rests solely with Moroccan government authorities. Visa approval cannot be guaranteed.
2. Processing Times
All timeframes provided are indicative only. The duration of processing may vary depending on the workload and procedures of Moroccan government authorities. Sorato Relocation Services cannot be held responsible for delays.
3. Ramadan and Public Holidays
Processing times may be extended during Ramadan and on public holidays, which may affect the progress of your application.
4. Exclusions from Service Fees
Our service fees do not include:
Government visa application fees
Document translation services
Costs of obtaining original documents
Legalisation or authentication fees
Notarial services
Renewal costs of temporary visas while final visas are being processed
5. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and documentation required for the application process. Sorato Relocation Services is not liable for delays, refusals, or additional costs caused by incomplete or inaccurate submissions.
6. Payment Terms
All fees must be paid in accordance with the terms specified in the contract. Services will not commence until payment is received. In the event of late or missed payments, Sorato Relocation Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate services, and interest may be applied to overdue amounts.
7. Commencement of Services
Work will only begin once Sorato Relocation Services has received the agreed payment and the necessary documents and information from the client.
8. Amendments to Services
Any change in service requirements or scope requested by the client after the contract has been signed may result in additional fees and revised timescales.
9. Third-Party Services
Where external providers such as translators, notaries, or couriers are required, the client is responsible for these costs. Sorato Relocation Services is not liable for the performance, errors, or delays of third parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sorato Relocation Services will not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of visa refusal, delays, or decisions made by Moroccan authorities or third parties.
11. Refund Policy
Payments made to Sorato Relocation Services cover advisory and administrative services. Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, regardless of the outcome of the visa application.
12. Confidentiality
All client information and documentation will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing relocation and immigration services.
13. Changes in Law and Procedure
Immigration rules, requirements, and processes may change without notice. Sorato Relocation Services is not responsible for additional requirements, delays, or costs arising from such changes.
14. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing if the other party breaches its obligations. In the event of termination, fees already paid are non-refundable once services have commenced.
15. Communication
All official communication between the client and Sorato Relocation Services will be conducted by email, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
16. Scope of Services
Our role is advisory and administrative. We do not represent the Moroccan government and cannot influence or alter official decisions or processes.
17. Force Majeure
Sorato Relocation Services will not be held liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or changes in government policy.
18. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the services provided shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the client and Sorato Relocation Services. If no resolution is reached, both parties agree to attempt mediation with a neutral third party in Morocco. Should mediation fail, disputes will be governed by Moroccan law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.
19. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Moroccan law.
