Why Sorato Digital exists

Based in the heart of the Moroccan market, we kept seeing the same friction appear again and again: a growing gap between global e-commerce technology and the local realities of Cash-on-Delivery, fragmented logistics, manual reconciliation, and fast-approaching regulatory change.

Sales were happening. Effort was high.
But operations were leaking value.

Inventory mismatches, failed deliveries, missed confirmations, untracked cancellations, unclear cash positions, compliance anxiety, not because businesses lacked ambition, but because systems were never designed to work together.

Who we are

We are expats from mature digital markets, but we didn’t come to Morocco to repeat foreign models or lecture businesses on what’s “obsolete elsewhere”.
